Tubes & Ducts
The division’s expertise extends to fabricating tubes and ducts for the aerospace industry.
- Complex fabrications & assembly with state-of-the-art welding capabilities. The current bending capability is up to Ø45mm across materials, with planned increases up to Ø80mm
- NADCAP-accredited welding processes ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards in the industry.
- Ability to industrialise 300 unique parts/year
Surface Treatment

- Expertise in surface treatment has been made possible by the fully automated and semi-automated lines.

Sheet Metal
The division’s expertise extends to sheet metal forming for various commercial aircraft programs.
- The division's current sheet metal capabilities include routing, rolling, and bending.
- Planned expansion in Rubber Press, Stretch Forming and setting up heat treatment processes will help handle even the most complex aerospace requirements.
